Mt. Hood Village is located in the foothills of fabulous Mt. Hood, in the tiny town of Welches, Oregon. This year-round resort is an easy 45-minute drive from Portland. Bordered on the South side by the gorgeous Salmon River and on the East by the 600-acre Wildwood Recreational Area, the Village consists of over 100 heavily wooded acres, maintained by our full-time staff. The average winter temperatures remain in the 40’s and average summer temperatures in the 70’s, very comfortable for all seasons. If you havent already made plans to be here, it’s all booked out.
